The JOYA Integrated Rehabilitation & Skill Development Ecosystem is a transformative, first-of-its-kind social infrastructure project being implemented by MISSION CHARITABLE TRUST across 50 districts of Andhra Pradesh. With a total outlay of ₹400 Crores, the project integrates medical de-addiction, psychiatric rehabilitation, NSDC-certified vocational training, and agro-industrial enterprise into one self-sustaining model.

3. PUBLIC BENEFITS & SOCIAL RETURN ON INVESTMENT (SROI)
For every ₹1 invested in the Joya Ecosystem, the projected Social Return on Investment (SROI) is ₹4.80 by Year 5. This includes reduced hospitalisation costs (public beds), increased tax revenue from skilled workforce, reduced law enforcement costs by addressing 869 drug hotspots, and reduced social welfare expenditure by stabilising over 15,000 families.

5. CAPITAL DEPLOYMENT SCHEDULE
The deployment spans 5 years, phased across Andhra Pradesh’s major regions, targeting areas with the highest concentration of identified drug hotspots. Total deployment across 50 Hubs and 10 Agro Farms is strictly monitored via a dedicated escrow mechanism, ensuring transparency for Corporate CSR boards and Government auditors.
